The baseball field has the shape of a 90-degree circle. It is divided into two areas: sand or gravel infield and grassy outfield. Infield consists of a square with bases on the corners. It is completed by part of the wheel with the center in the place intended for the pitcher.
Two teams participate in the match. One acts as the attacking party (the team at bat), the other as the fielding team. Then the roles are reversed.
In the case of an attacking (striking) team, one or more players participate in the game, but no more than four.
The team in the field includes not only a pitcher and catcher but also four in-field (base guards and a connector) and three outfields.
A single game of baseball is an inning in which one team tries to score points and the other bothers them. Each inning consists of two half-times.
The goal of baseball is to get bases. The batter must bounce the ball thrown by the pitcher with a special stick. If he succeeds, he runs to the first base. He may continue running if opposing players fail to catch the ball and pass it to the player guarding the base.
Capturing the base is done by touching it before a player from the opposing team who holds the ball that was given to him does so.
